Unfortunately, despite adding a note for the item to be left with a neighbour at the time of my order, and having received conformation of my note from MyTub, the item was still taken back to the depot from whence it came. To rub salt into the wound, Deborah, from MyTub, called me on the morning of delivery to ask what should be done with the item if no one was available to receive it. I wasnt able to take the call at the time and by the time I did return her call, the delivery had already been returned!

This was my first experience with my tub and possibly my last. Firstly they made a mistake, the site shows free delivery on orders over £25 – Wrong my £120 order of boiler parts just so happened to be made up of none free delivery items and even though this was my tub’s mistake they refused to waive or refund the £7 delivery charge which almost delayed the order by a day. Next, one of the parts arrived from Plumb Centre within two days and the other parts from who knows where nearly 2 weeks later – Overall, compared with many companies on the internet these days, this one did not impress me. One final comment, when things go wrong, you can’t just hit reply in e-mail, you have to go to the site and enter details in to a special page, all a bit of a faff really....

Hello Jeannette we have collected the door now and have it home for the workmen coming tommorrow. Two very relieved and happy customers here! I cant thank you enough for the level of service you provided from the moment the order was placed - we put ourselves under a lot of pressure by placing the order so late and in such difficult weather conditions and we count ourselves very fortunate indeed that we had someone like you on the other end dealing with our order. Absolutely fantastic service. I made my order and got a message telling me the expected date of delivery, it was delivered first thing on the morning they estimated. Would definately use again and would certainly recommend to anybody I know.

Great service and prices, but would welcome the option of a fast delivery service e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery, they will get any parcel most places in the UK, including Aberdeen before 12 noon the next day. The lack of this service meant I had to go to someone else for the electrodes I would otherwise have bought from yourselves....
