The local sole agent in Dubai called ATMOST decided to stop suppoting the Ariston dishwasher model that I have and wanted me to replace the complete unit although only the door lock was broken.
They refused to order the part for me. I finally was able to find my parts at MyTub and within a few days I had my shipment at my door step and install it. It a perfect match. Excellent service and will always buy from them....

Laurie was brilliant. The item I wanted was obsolete but 1 was available, I couldnt order it on the website , laurie enabled it while I was on teh phone to him. The order was delivered next day and my shower doesnt leak anymore and I can turn my water on. All enabled because laurie at mytubs cared enough to sort out my £155 order. First-class service : helpful, friendly, personal and effective. My only concern is that basin was delivered "bare" not in a cardboard box, or similar and the protective plastic film that should have protected the edges of the basin was perforated or torn in places it will not be clear until the basin is removed from its plastic wrap whether any cosmetic damage was incurred as a result....
