To find and order the product I required on the website was very easy. I was kept I formed by email of my orders progress, quickly being given an estimated date of delivery, which was confirmed by a further email. Product arrived on day advised. We were let down badly by another supplier and needed our high cistern urgently because we had fitters already on site. MyTub were great - unlike other suppliers, I was able to talk to an actual human who confirmed they had the part and was able to give an accurate delivery estimate, which was a big relief. In the end, they beat their estimate by a couple of days - it arrived the next day. Would totally use MyTub again. ...

The parts for my Ideal Standard lavatory were delivered as promised.
I was kept informed as the order progressed, so cannot fault your
delivery system.
The parts proved difficult to fit new hinges for a Space toilet seat
as Ideal Standard, in their wisdom, changed the seat design and although
my toilet was delivered well after the change, it was still the old model.
However, with a bit of cutting and fiddling, I got it to fit.
So I cant complain at all about MyTub, but am very unhappy with
Ideal Standard and wont be buying their products in future. The hinge should
never have failed in the first place...

In spite of your advice that this delivery required a signature and in spite of my
presence in the house all day on Jan 16th the goods were not delivered.
On the morning of Jan 17th a neighbour brought the thermostats which had been left in their porch in full view and without your delivery man even ringing the doorbell.
We have the items but I do not consider this to have been very good service....
