Excellent service form MyTub. Email communication very good, delivered the goods to the door of our house very quickly - even faster than stated in the emails. Radiators delivered were in good condition, and the correct parts. Price was better than competitors, will use MyTub again....

The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. Brenda, you are a star. Fantastic customer service.
Bought a Myson towel rail element from MyTub that sadly malfunctioned after 18 months. 2 year warranty confirmed by Myson. Brenda went out of her way to arrange a replacement part, having to navigate a challenging supply chain in order to get it to me.
Will definately shop with MyTub again.
