Hi there,
I was disappointed that it took over two weeks to deliver a product that was in stock, and appeared to sit with the courier company for some time. I had to chase several times for resolution, and paid for an item I had not received some two weeks before receiving the goods.

Looking through the order notes between us and our distribution I am also very disappointed. This looks like it has gone via a courier and just just been lost in the courier company nonsense of "its on its way".

What a great team of staff you have. Everyone I spoke to went out of their way to be helpful and they managed to supply the part I required even on 20th December!! I am happy with the product, but when it was first delivered the delivery company put a card through the door to say they tried to deliver the parcel, I did ask that if nobody was in then please leave in the garage, this was not put on the parcel, I went and picked it up to make sure the we did receive it.

Good value and many thanks for having the parts which were realtively hard to find. Only issue were the unexpected delays of several weeks - a better estimate of delivery timeframes should be mentioned prior to the order, not via several emails each detailing further delays. The reasons were not expalined either....
