Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. I found the service excellent ordering at 2pm and having delivery for 9am the next day, especially as we required the thermocouple urgently, the only thing i would suggest is if the items could have had a picture also just make sure it looks the same because I found with my searches that my particular item varied a great deal for the same model fire and it would help tremendously to be confident of ordering the correct item.

My experiences have been very bad as this is the first time I have dealt with your company and I had to wait 17 days for a few fittings to be delivered.. 1 fitting arrived after about 10 days and the others were " lost in transit "
I dealt with a lady called Christine who was very pleasant and helpful but the lost in transit business didnt wash with me as Ive been in business for over 20 yrs !!
It will be hard for me to deal with your company again Im sorry to say but I wish you all the best for the future..

The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. It is appreacheated the time and expertise that your staff gave to my enquiry and are to be highly commended. I have no problem in highly recommending your company to any contacts that are in need of plumbiing items or plumbing asvice

The price was good but the service was some of the worst I have had shopping on line. One broken promise after another. If I had not progressed the order by phone I would probably still be waiting!
You need to get your act together, I will never use Mytub again.

Good afternoon, I am very sorry for your experience.
No excuses, all I can see looking at the order is we chased this up with the
manufacture a lot. We gave up & got in from another branch which meant it
had to go through several sets of hands.
