We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. I had a problem trying to find a replacement element for my old towel warmer, and Steve went to great lengths to try and find a solution for me. Unfortunately he couldnt resolve the issue, but he was extremely helpful and understanding and I thank him for that....

I have been trying to get this part for 2 months and have been persistently let down, including being fobbed off by the manufacturer, I ordered it from my Tub and it arrived within 8 days! Nothing short of miraculous!
I cannot recommend this company highly enough, my first stop from now on.
