Fantastic communication - so quick - couldnt speak more highly of the service I received. The item took a while to arrive but was not going to mainland UK so probably explains it and I wasnt in a hurry for it anyway. Kept me informed every step of the way. Very slow and your updates were a waste of time as they contained no tangable information.
We waited and waited and all we were told was an estimated delivery date andor that our order was overdue. This went on for weeks.
Not very good, doubt Id use you again.
