Brilliant service. Easy to order, came slightly quicker than initially estimated but with confirmatiuon of delivery day by e-mail ahead of the time meant no problem. Price was good, too! Would use you again on this experience....

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. Fast delivery of item. Not too impressed with this analyser and needed to return as faulty.
The process of getting in touch with Mytub is a bit convoluted but after one ignored email and then a phone call I was directed to email through 'My Account' This was not obvious but once sussed out led to a quick exchange and a returns form. Unfortunately you are expected to pay returns postage which on this item amounted to over £3 as it had to be recorded.
Not sure how long a replacement will take.
All in all its a bit of a pain when the item needs returning but on customer service they have been polite and helpful....

Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit.
