My radiator was due for delivery on the 30th, which it did not make. I was informed it would arrive the next day, which it did. In this instance the item had a long lead time for delivery which I accepted, maybe it would have been possible to inform me a two or three days before its new delivery date rather than the day before....

I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. I rang prior to placing my order and was told it was in stock and if ordered would be with me in 2 or 3 working days, I placed the order and was emailed with the confirmation giving a much later delivery date, this was disappointing but I had paid and the price was good so left the order as it was. The screen arrived on Friday as stated and within the time I requested and I am pleased with the item. However because of the delay between when I was originally told I would receive the item and when we eventually did some inconvenience was caused.

The order took a couple of days longer than anticipated because of delay from My Tubs supplier, but My Tub kept me informed of the status every day and the day they took delivery of it they had it delivered to us within a couple of hours. So 10 out of 10 for communications....

the water heater arrived yesterday with major parts missing the metal casing is scratched and dented - the box that it arrived in was very battered and looked like it had been opened and resealed. rang mytub straight away and was told that I would be sent a returns label to return the damaged goods, but I do hope a replacement water heater is also on its way.
