MyTub was very helpful with my order, after the replacement item I needed turned out to be discontinued. Christine was helpful in liaising with the manufacturer to identify a suitable alternative that would work in my bathroom without drilling more holes in the tiles. She also arranged for the delivery to be delayed by two weeks until I got back from holiday. Fantastic service!...

I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. The ability to be able to check on your website about a specific item was really useful and I received a prompt reply. Delivery was quick although a bit expensive. This was my first experience with my tub and possibly my last. Firstly they made a mistake, the site shows free delivery on orders over £25 – Wrong my £120 order of boiler parts just so happened to be made up of none free delivery items and even though this was my tub’s mistake they refused to waive or refund the £7 delivery charge which almost delayed the order by a day. Next, one of the parts arrived from Plumb Centre within two days and the other parts from who knows where nearly 2 weeks later – Overall, compared with many companies on the internet these days, this one did not impress me. One final comment, when things go wrong, you can’t just hit reply in e-mail, you have to go to the site and enter details in to a special page, all a bit of a faff really....

I am absolutely delighted with both the helpfulness of your operator, who called back with availability of stock and delivery when I needed them urgently and quality of the shower hand grips. They arrived when promised. My only suggestion would be for you to supply the screws with the item but I suppose this would increase the price which was very competitive. Many thanks....
