After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. Thought I was going to have to cancel my order as it could not be delivered when needed. Bathroom fitter due on 8/7 and item not available until 16/7 !
Staff managed to juggle the order and item delivered promptly on Thurs 4/7 with a smile.

You had the 29 year old Thermostat x 3 that I needed for my old radiators. The price was fine. After a bad start with TNT delivering very inflexible and failed to deliver as requested, an alternative company to deliver was then slotted in very quickly and delivered with no issues. Product fitted no problems and works a treat. Email function on website very useful. I will use MyTub again for sure!! ...
