I have nothing but praise for Steve and his colleagues. I ordered a discontinued Ideal Standard bathroom sink from you. Steve called me and advised it might be better for me to collect rather than wait for delivery with the risk of damage. He had already confirmed its condition as 100%. It was not there were scratches and stress marks. Steve then located another for delivery. this arrived scratched. He then located a third this seems to be undamaged. Im very pleased with the fire, which was bought as a new home gift for my son and his fiancee. The Mytub team kept me well informed about the delivery of the fire and it arrived exactly when they said it would. I would use Mytub again.
