I was very impressed with the rapid response to my order.
I do have some comments regarding the ordering system on the website.i found it very confusing when you wished delivery to a local pickup centre.
After asking for this delivery arrangement it still asked for ones own home address as delivery address. I needed to ring your office whilst on the computer for guidance.

Excellent communication from pre-order enquiries to after sales when one item arrived damaged. Item was quickly replaced and supplier chased when delivery not on the date specified. Thank you for a friendly, professional and responsive service....

Found the product I was looking for easily on the MyTub site. Purchased without difficulty. Was continually kept up to date with my order status and delivery by email. I am very pleased with mytub, the sales process went well, apart from through no fault of their own that did not receive my order straightaway because I forgot to press the confirm button. I really like the facility of being able to pay by BACs and the goods were correctly delivered apart from through no fault of their own the carrier had a problem and the goods were a day late, but even then it was a quick service....

Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. These two ladies are a credit to your business and are the foundation open which successful businesses are built.
