Overall, a not very good experience, admittedly dealing with a tricky problem. Let me first say though that the staff I corresponded with were absolutely first rate- a credit to you.
Having said that, It took over two months to locate and ship the part I was looking for, despite having been promised it would be delivered much earlier. Also, the punitive shipping charges meant it was nearly as cheap to buy two as one- so I did. I guess this means you do not want small bits of business.
Finally, and not really your fault, the part I was sent was not a copy of what I was trying to replace. It looks like the supplier has tried to produce a universal part to replace many minor variations on the same theme that have been produced over the years. It did not fit. Had problems initially trying to determine the exact technical spec for the products being supplied and matching that with our requirements/expectations from the product. We had to do the 'leg work' to find the specification of the products you were supplying as you were unable to provide this information/concur with the information we eventually found on the product.
All other aspects ordering, delivery etc was excellent....

Fine except for chaos regarding delivey. Slight damage two flanges bent but hopefully this can be rectfied without returning the goods. Reeserve judgement untill installation....

After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day.
