Very good service. The order was slightly delayed but I was kept fully informed. Unfortunately the supplier omitted some fixing screws, however MyTub responded quickly and sent out a set of screws immediately. Excellent customer service. Il not hesitate to use them again....

It took a bit of time for the goods to arrive, but fortunately they were not urgently required. The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered. A couple of glitches but nothing that would prevent me dealing with your company again. Thanks. ...

Thank you for a very efficient service especially when I had originally ordered the wrong size and still gor new one with me within 3 days. Also customer service were very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend MyTub.

We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. Hi guys - the part arrived in good order, but the packaging could have been better. It arrived in a card-board box with the part placed in the bottom and the padding piled on top. It would have been better to put some padding into the box first - then the part - then the padding to sandwich it between the padding. However it seems to have arrived in good condition....

Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80....

Delivery slower than a lot of on-line companies but that didnt matter. However, I was promised to be advised of an am or pm slot when the delivery date was known but I had to request this.
All in all though, I received what I ordered and it was delivered on the day and at the time I was advised and it was easy to get in touch as the email link takes you direct to the correct page every time - not like some where you then have to log in and then find out where they want you to go.
