I found the service excellent. MyTub were able to re-arrange the expected delivery to a much earlier date to enable me to complete an installation within a time constraint at no extra cost. I was very impressed with the service I received when buying my sink. The price was the best I had found anywhere and although I had to wait for it to come into stock the delivery was on time and the day I was told it would come.
Customer services was excellent with extremely polite update phone calles to my enquiries.
