Initial customer service was excellent. However despite placing the order at 9am on a Thursday and getting a confirmed delivery date of the Friday the branch that held the part somehow managed to neglect to send it either on the Thursday or Friday. If I hadnt chased the delivery Im not sure whether it would ever have been sent at all! However Jeanette in customer service did everything she could to sort out the error and we eventually received the part on the Tuesday afternoon. I asked if there was anything that could be done on the postage and they refunded it in full. Overall great telephone service but massively let down by the branchs performance....

The ordering process was easy, when I was told that the thermostat I ordered was not available I was offered an alternative straight away, communications were very good and I would shop with MyTub again, thank you...

Fantastic service and an amazing slice of luck to find the part I needed so close that I could collect it. Kind enough to refund the delivery fee too. Clearly a company dedicated to helping customers....

Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. Delivery was quickly rearranged but it was more convenient for me to collect from a local depot. Thanks....
