Just one thing - I've ordered an OUTASIGHT shower screen, but your site
didn't give me the opportunity to choose a colour, you could consider

From start to finish mytubs customer service has been excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way when my item had been posted up to the point where it had arrived at the pick up point. Thank you for a smooth and fast service....

Unfortunately, despite adding a note for the item to be left with a neighbour at the time of my order, and having received conformation of my note from MyTub, the item was still taken back to the depot from whence it came. To rub salt into the wound, Deborah, from MyTub, called me on the morning of delivery to ask what should be done with the item if no one was available to receive it. I wasnt able to take the call at the time and by the time I did return her call, the delivery had already been returned!

Very good service. The order was slightly delayed but I was kept fully informed. Unfortunately the supplier omitted some fixing screws, however MyTub responded quickly and sent out a set of screws immediately. Excellent customer service. Il not hesitate to use them again....
