I collected my ordered items from PTS, just around the corner from where I live. Your service has been extremely efficient and reliable. Communication was excellent giving me updates however I was given two delivery dates that were not fullfilled and I had to ring up every time to ask for confirmation of delivery. I eventually received the goods on the 3rd proposed delivery date....
