I only bought a replacement cistern lever for my Tiffany Suite but I was impressed with the level of service I got. Someone from the firm was quickly on the phone to let me know when the delivery would take place (following an abortive attempt to the wrong address by the carrier!) and the lever was exactly as specified....

I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic level of service offered to me by your sales representative Christine. Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. Wow ordered this on Wednesday morning and it arrived that afternoon. Very impressed with the service. Website easy to use as was ordering. Item arrived all packaged intact and unopened part for an old boiler will be recommending and using this site again. Well done on a A1 service. Thank you....

Hello Jeannette we have collected the door now and have it home for the workmen coming tommorrow. Two very relieved and happy customers here!
