I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. 22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order....
