You didnt tell me the items were not in stock until after i had placed the order. Thats a bit sneaky as other suppliers tell you before you place the order and give an estimated delivery date. I suggest you start doing this as next time I will be more carful in placing an order with you until I have looked at the other sites forst....

Mytub is also the only place I can find that sell the items I require for my gas fire, even the makers dont stock spares for my particular fire. Thats why I deal with Mytub because they have what you need and at a very reasonable price. Very good communications that keep you updated on your order. Having tried various plumbing merchants for N12 6 [6mm od] copper elbows with no luck I tried My Tub who had them in stock. The sales person was extremely helpful and the parts were delivered quicker than was specified. All in all a great experience with My Tub. Highly recommended....
