I only bought a replacement cistern lever for my Tiffany Suite but I was impressed with the level of service I got. Someone from the firm was quickly on the phone to let me know when the delivery would take place (following an abortive attempt to the wrong address by the carrier!) and the lever was exactly as specified....

Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! As we use our own distribution the goods are carried from the store to the van to your home, theres no need for any packing the goods are handled with care.
