Service has been very good, and there was someone on the end of the phone for advice about the items I wanted to buy. One small item missing from the delivered order arrived the next day with no fuss. Website was straightforward with information about items so could check everything was exactly what I wanted and Mytub very responsive to emails sent from their www asking for delivery information. ... ...Chris Flack

Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and efficient. Steve Marshall particularly. I had been let down by another company so I tried myTub. The bath I wanted was out of stock at the manufacturer but Steve suggested a replacement. I placed my order on Thursday. I needed the bath by the Monday and it turned up the next day, Friday!! Admittedly the bath suggested was quite a bit more expensive but time was of the essence. Thank you again for such good service. ... ...John Trafford-Owen
