Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. I wished to order 1 Twyford Pan Connector P Trap Wf1240wh. The item was hard to source or, when sourced, delivery times were longer than I needed. MyTub were excellent both in communication, delivery date and service. I would definitely use this company again....

Very good prices and service, let down by a long delivery time. My order was placed just before Christmas so didnt expect delivery before early January. However I was disappointed to have to wait over 4 weeks from order to receive the goods. Apart from this the service is excellent, and I was kept informed - although this was often of ever lengthening expected delivery dates! A tracking service once goods are on the way would be a helpful addition. I would use this supplier again, as long as a short lead time is not essential....

Placed and order for a motorised valve and was pleased with the response form My Tub. Told me when it was coming and kept me up to date with the delivery info. Arrived on time. Very pleased with the price.
