We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints. Great fast service delivery driver was very polite rang me about half hour before he delivered I was able to tell although I was not there my mother was but she is a bit nervy due to her dementia and put the package in dinning room for her, our also spoke to the driver and said how polite he was...

recieved item thank you, the only issue i have is that we paid the £7.50 for a quicker delivery and but it still took approx 8 working days.
