Couldnt identify the part I wanted from the website code numbers no images to compare so I sent an e-mail with all the nameplate details and the part was successfully sourced from the burner manufacturer even though the burner is 18 years old and this model is no longer manufactured. After ordering a toilet seat that was not for a standard sized toilet bowl that didnt fit. Your customer service was exceptional. A new seat was sent out and the other one picked up for me very quickly. It is so good nowadays to get help and advice that is needed. Well done!
Although in no way your fault, I think next time I might be better changing my toilet so a standard seat will fit, rather than replacing a seat at £92.
