Hello, the item arrived damaged, I reported this and was told that a replacement would be sent and the damaged item collected. The service that I have received is good but the packaging which I believe was done by your supplier was none existent, just a thin wall box with no packaging whatsoever. I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. When I called I was told there was a problem with the drivers hours and I would get it on the Monday but at any time up to 1800. As I had a plumber arriving first thing Monday this was no good. I elected to collect it from Yeovil at my cost and time. So a whole day off plus a couple of hours and diesel money wasted. Free delivery on orders over £25.00 should not mean second rate delivery especially when it ends up costing the customer. I am only taking the time to respond to this message due to the professional and efficient manner in which my order was handled. Your telephone receptionist was very helpful and answered all of my questions considering it was a relatively small order.
Its a great service and the price was at least 50% less than I was quoted for a similar product. I will certainly use your services again and would recommend your company to anyone.

The order arrived at the date predicted. The order took some time to materialise due to. production problems at Potterton. The old central heating programmer is "behaving itself" at present but it will be replaced by the new one when it gives further trouble...
