Very pleased with the service received and the prices which were less for the same product ordered a year before from another website. The original delivery had some damage to the packaging of the wc resulting in some minor scratches to the pan. A replacement was dispatched and received within days. Impressive. The missing flush button came from the manufacturer which took a little longer. I would definitely recommend this company....

Service has been very good, and there was someone on the end of the phone for advice about the items I wanted to buy. One small item missing from the delivered order arrived the next day with no fuss. I was very impressed with the efficient way my enquiry was was dealt with and how quick my order was progressed.
The email communication was excellent, i cant thank the staff enough especially supplying me with the gas boiler part I required as I was let down my three sites who said they could supply the part.
