I am fairly happy with your service but wonder why you CONFIRMED DELIVERY as 26th September, but it did not arrive until the 27th Driver had papers with 26th crossed out & replaced with 27th BUT NOBODY LET ME KNOW! ------------- ----------------- Good afternoon, We are sorry about this. The parts for my Ideal Standard lavatory were delivered as promised. I was kept informed as the order progressed, so cannot fault your delivery system. The parts proved difficult to fit new hinges for a Space toilet seat as Ideal Standard, in their wisdom, changed the seat design and although my toilet was delivered well after the change, it was still the old model. However, with a bit of cutting and fiddling, I got it to fit. So I cant complain at all about MyTub, but am very unhappy with Ideal Standard and wont be buying their products in future. The hinge should never have failed in the first place...

Thank you for seeking my feedback. The first time the order was sent out parts were missing. Rather than send me the missing parts (weighing about 200 grammes), you sent an entirely new order in a box which is about 3 feet long and 1.5 feet square. And the courier who delivered it refused to take the old order away. I am now sitting here with a very large box in my office with a brand new toilet seat in it. I would like to know whether I should dispose of it (rather wasteful) or whether you are going to collect it. Please advise. If you do not tell me what to do, I shall keep it for one more week and will then dispose of it. As to the product itself, it does not fit the toilet well because the hinges raise the seat too far off the bowl, such that the weight is not distributed arou...

Disappointed, did not receive goods on date given. On further enquiry to My Tub customer service, adviser who was apologetic and took my details but did not phone me back with progress update, I had to re-phone for progress update and was advised by a more than helpful adviser that my order had not even been picked up by the courier for delivery and was awaiting dispatch. Had an e mail the following day with update on expected delivery date, unfortunately no will be home to receive goods on this date and will have to see what the courier does as I have been told the goods need a signature on receipt. Not happy especially with the cost of £12 delivery charge. Post office do Special delivery next day service starting from £5 and order can be picked up locally if no one is home o...
