Good service and I was kept informed.Mytub also arranged for me to pick up order at a local supplier on Saturday morning, rather than waiting for delivery on the Monday. I would have no hesitation using Mytub again.

My order arrived exactly when I was told it would and was excellent value for money compared with other sites. I had a slight panic when I received the delivery because I didnt think the item I had ordered Twford toilet seat would fit the toilet bowl but the customer service team where very calm and understanding when I telephoned. In fact the seat fitted perfectly and was exactly as described on the web site. ...

Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! Very competitive on price and excellent customer service , and I got a manufacturers genuine spare so quality should not be compromised.
Delivery was a day later than promised maybe its the Christmas rush, so be careful if your requirements are time-critical no point saving on cost of parts if delay costs far exceed materials savings....

Order arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a bonus. Vendor delivered exactly as promised. I’ll use this supplier again.
The only criticism is that the package 3 small tubes came in a box used to supply paper, full of shredded paper! ...

I am a bit disappointed if I am honest, If the delivery date was shown to me before I paid, it wasnt obvious enough because I didnt see it. Had I realised it would take 5 or 6 days i.e. you probably didnt have it in stock I would have gone else where.
Added to that, when the delivery driver arrived he didnt waste any time trying to find anyone, there were at least 4 people here at the time, so he didnt leave it in the porch I dont remember seeing a delivery instruction box on the order page either Consequently I had to drive to Hexham to collect it, but the item was still on the van from the day before , so I had to wait until after 3:30pm to get it.
