Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. Very competitive on price and excellent customer service , and I got a manufacturers genuine spare so quality should not be compromised.
Delivery was a day later than promised maybe its the Christmas rush, so be careful if your requirements are time-critical no point saving on cost of parts if delay costs far exceed materials savings....

First impression counts! I telephoned this company to enquire if they could supply me with a high efficiency, fast recovery Grade 1 copper Cylinder with 28mm coil, constructed for thicker copper sheet 1.7mm2mm rather than normally produced copper thickness cylinders.
The company representative who took my initial enquiry was very competent, quick to grasp what I wanted, he suggested options for me to consider, then rang me back within an hour to provide me with a detailed quotation inclusive of delivery. I accepted the quotation and asked for representatives to contact me to arrange payment, and subsequently provide me with prior notification of the delivery date.
