Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! The boiler flue part I ordered from mytub arrived by courier on the promised day and time. However, when I opened the box on the evening I found the part was damaged. As I had not checked the part when it was delivered I was expecting a lot of hassle to get it changed. However, how wrong can you be After just one e-mail to notify mytub of the damage they quickly resolved the issue by delivering a replacement part to me and arranging for the courier to pick up the damaged part, and all this on the day before a bank holiday weekend! Due to their brilliant after sales service and good prices I will use this company for all my future plumbing needs. Companies who treat their customers like this deserve to succeed. Give them a try, Im sure you wont be disappointed.

I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic level of service offered to me by your sales representative Christine. Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery.
