We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company. The heating elements i ordered unfortunately took 10 days more than the 3 weeks delivery promised and that was at a critical time due to the cold weather period in the New Year. But I was pleased with the price and the assistance when I rang was helpful....
