My order for the "difficult to source" AirCon filter spares that I needed was exactly what I wanted. It was delivered before the date advised by MyTub.
I searched the internet for the part number and found nowhere in the UK offering this part at the price offered by MyTub....

Quite a long delivery time, but item actually arrived ahead of schedule- courier phoned first to make sure that was ok. A very easy transaction and I was pleased to find the item I wanted after much searching. Would definitely use you again....

OMG the service received from mytub has been amazing. Having ordered the incorrect item Laurie was so helpful in chasing the supplier, copying me in on the regular chaser emails. Very quick delivery once I decided to place the order with the slight risk the parts were incorrect. It turns out they are correct. Pity your supplier contacts were unable to confirm for sure and didnt even bother to reply to you it seems....

Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. These two ladies are a credit to your business and are the foundation open which successful businesses are built.
