I don’t normally respond to requests for feedback but I’ve been very pleasantly surprised by MyTub. The website doesn’t inspire confidence looks a bit dated and home-brewed. Indeed I initially moved on to look for an alternative supplier. In the event the service was exemplary. Very pleased with the service received and the prices which were less for the same product ordered a year before from another website. The original delivery had some damage to the packaging of the wc resulting in some minor scratches to the pan. A replacement was dispatched and received within days. Impressive. The missing flush button came from the manufacturer which took a little longer. I would definitely recommend this company....
