All seemed to go very well until the delivery didnt turn up on the promised day. I chased it and Customer Service was very helpful and the basin turned up a working-day late, so all was well in the end.

It took a bit of time for the goods to arrive, but fortunately they were not urgently required. The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered. Good service and good communication from start to finish. I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up.
