The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. Thank you for very prompt delivery. Only problem was the item which was not expensive required a signiature, very lucky I was just on my way out and did sign for item. I asked for delivery to be placed in secure locatation at the property but was e.mailed regarding signiature being required. Perhaps you could look at this if the buyer accepts responsibility...

Having been without a boiler for several days, had the runaround from a well known national gas company and a wife threatening to divorce me and emigrate back to her homeland, your swift supply of a part, which mysterious the aforementioned gas firm couldnt source, was extremely appreciated.
In particular, I would like to commend Christine for her help and the urgency she clearly demonstrated. Without her actions we might still be shivering and by now slightly smelly.
With everything back to normal, the one downside is I get to keep the same mother-in-law!
