Long radius Conex bend. Not a easy fitting to find. Arrived as promised within a week. So very pleased. ...

All products I needed were available on the website. Easy to order and prompt delivery of goods. Very good price. Overall I am very happy with the service and I would definitely recommend My Tub to others. ...

first class service right up to the point of delivery... the delivery guy was in my wife's words "the rudest delivery, i have ever had", the guy just grunted "sign ere..." my wife then asked if he had a pen and he just said "no".... he then mopped off to the van and then put the package on the floor by the door and walked off!!!! seriously no manners.... sorry to say this would put me off using you again....

Excellent service. Arrived in time and no damage to coals. Did not think I would find company to supply goods as fire no longer available.

Excellent service, pleasure to deal with. Defeated by manufacturers problems but only after exhausting all avenues. ...

Hi not impressed the courier service came when I was at work.. fair enough, but I went to pick the parcel up on friday I was told it had been returned to you on Friday 5 days after attempted delivery, despite the fact their card said seven working days after delivery.. so I had a 40 minute journey for nothing........ plus the fact the card they put the card though the door saying I could reschedule iit over the internet as long as I quoted the 12 digit code which was only 10 digits and the website would not accept... bad customer service on your couriers part...
