Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. A long delay in getting the delivery, and when opened the drain cover was damaged, looked like it had been dropped and a corner cracked, overall not fantastically impressed!

I ordered this same item just two years ago thermo couple for gas fire ordered it the at 3pm arrived 9am next day, this time taken a few days longer but no emergency so pleased enough about service, the only criticism I made then and am making now still no PHOTO image of the item being purchased it really does make a difference when you can compare it item that you trying to match, luckily I still had the same part number, but would illuminate some problems.

Service was great but collection was not made by My Tub resulting in our delivery not being next day but the day after which affected progress on site, main problem it took my call to ascertain that delivery would be delayed, no-one called me ...........
