Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. Many thanks for an accurate service. The parts arrived according to the confirmation email. Just one thing though, I had asked for a price and availability check prior to ordering and clicked through the quote to attach the details to my order, as suggested but the delivery date quoted did not match the final delivery date confirmed by email. Maybe I did something wrong, maybe I did not, either way, it was not clear but I am still happy and will use your services again, thank you....

Absolutely great service. There was a problem with a delayed delivery date on my order and mytub pulled out all the stops to re-arrange order. Really great that you can chat to them directly - and within 3 rings.

good communication, but delivery times are excessively long for no real reason.
prices quoted are excellent, although an automatic option for collect at store....without having to 1st pay p&p, then get a refund should be offered.
overall very pleased but if I required a part urgently, I would look elsewhere....

My order arrived exactly when I was told it would and was excellent value for money compared with other sites. I had a slight panic when I received the delivery because I didnt think the item I had ordered Twford toilet seat would fit the toilet bowl but the customer service team where very calm and understanding when I telephoned. In fact the seat fitted perfectly and was exactly as described on the web site. ...
