22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order....

Your price was competitive but the item took longer to arrive than I would have expected. I suspect that it wasn't actually in stock and had to be sourced. Apart from that, no problems. Item fitted and all working well....

I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. The DELABIE Shower head holder in chrome metal dia. 25&32mm is now fitted and provides a robust and stylish answer for replacement shower head holders. The original abs plastic equipment failed, the replacement abs plastic failed this one now seems to be the business.
