Very quick delivery once notified that the item had been sent. Seals exactly as described, easy to cut to size and fit perfectly. The only drawback was the wait between placing the order and it being despatched....

This was very good service and price. I think my tub order the part when the money is received and so the time to delivery is longer than if the items were being kept in stock. However communication via the website was good.

Found the product I was looking for easily on the MyTub site. Purchased without difficulty. Was continually kept up to date with my order status and delivery by email. I was struggling to find a replacement for my toilet pan and then found out they were no longer made by Ideal Standard. I was lucky enough to have the model number and searched for it on my computer. Immediately I found what I wanted on you site. I ordered it on Friday at 4.30pm and it was delivered by 10.15 am on the Monday. Fantastic service, good price and the pan was exactly the one I wanted. All fitted now and working well. Thank you....

Hi let me say that My Tub and a first class service. My fire part which I ordered was no longer available. My Tub e-mail as they had found a replacement part. I phoned the customer service to have the replacement part this part was actually cheaper than the original one. I got the part the next day plus a refund of the difference in price Thanks again My Tub...
