1st Class service and extremely fast delivery. My local shop said they could not supply replacement coals aerator tubes for my gas fire because they were very fragile and always arrived broken. Was sent an email saying it would be 14 days delivery, it arrived the next day so that was good, but clearly don't really know what's going on. Delivery costs quite pricey for something that costs less than a £1 to post.
