When the wrong product was delivered apparently the fault of the manufacturer that dispatched it, Laurie did a good job in sorting things out. It was nice to have the personal service - definitely came across as a real business that cared, not a call center....

I am delighted to have found mytub. Your price for the part I was seeking was the lowest, and although your supplier initially sent the wrong item, your persistence in getting them to rectify their mistake was outstanding. I originally found someone cheaper but I couldnt get through to the other supplier so I ordered from these guys. However before I ordered I asked them to price match the other supplier but I didnt really receive a price match.
I placed the order on Tuesday and it was supposed to arrive on Friday but it arrived on Monday. But the weather was not ideal so that may be an excuse for the slight delay....
