We had excellent service from My Tub. From placing the order to the delivery of the bidet everything went as planned.
I only wish other companies we have ordered from recently could have been as efficient. We are very impressed with the company and would recommend you most highly to all our friends.

Your 7-10 day delivery was way out,almost had to cancel. Then the
incorrect item was delivered, after a bit of research i found this was down
to City Plumbing who eventually supplied the cistern. Your people very
helpful and most of all kept me informed as to what was happening. Good
communication counts for a lot,no problems with buying from My Tub in the
future....

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. The price is better than the local plumbing shops for the items I bought. The delivery time was not the quickest but came when they said it would....

Yes thank you I received my order,everything was fine,the only problem was there were no screws sent with the spacer. I have made do with screws I had in the house, just as well I had them. I am sorry this is not the best of feedbacks,but it is the only thing I can add.

I have just spoken to the manufacture & they inform me the screws should be in the back of the fire & so are not supplied with the spacer.
