The goods did take much longer than I had anticipated, and longer than you initially advised.
You kindly updated with new expected delivery dates but this had to be done more than once and I guess you were simply having to pass on information provided by your supplier or manufacturer.
In the long term no harm resulted and the main thing to report is that the drip tray arrived OK, was in good cobdition, AND it fits perfectly.
So my resume would be - Many thanks for supplying this relatively small item, it just what was wanted and my friend who asked me to order it is highly delighted that he can once again use his fridge as before. Kind regards.

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. The part arrived promptly and was as expected, however the postage cost seems excessive and I did look long and hard to find another supplier because of this but couldnt!

HI.. Thanks , we received the part. A bit disappointed that the part took longer that the original estimated time because my customer had 2 options -
One supplier was cheaper but estimated a longer delivery period by a few days and your product was dearer but estimated a quicker delivery. So he chose the dearer but quicker delivery option which ended up taking longer than the other cheaper supplier had advised.
I appreciate that your delivery time is an estimate, but shame it couldnt have been a bit more realistic.
