I am very pleased with mytub, the sales process went well, apart from through no fault of their own that did not receive my order straightaway because I forgot to press the confirm button. I really like the facility of being able to pay by BACs and the goods were correctly delivered apart from through no fault of their own the carrier had a problem and the goods were a day late, but even then it was a quick service....

We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. I was very impressed with the efficient way my enquiry was was dealt with and how quick my order was progressed.
The email communication was excellent, i cant thank the staff enough especially supplying me with the gas boiler part I required as I was let down my three sites who said they could supply the part.

You had the 29 year old Thermostat x 3 that I needed for my old radiators. The price was fine. After a bad start with TNT delivering very inflexible and failed to deliver as requested, an alternative company to deliver was then slotted in very quickly and delivered with no issues. Product fitted no problems and works a treat. Email function on website very useful. I will use MyTub again for sure!! ...
