Disappointed, did not receive goods on date given. On further enquiry to My Tub customer service, adviser who was apologetic and took my details but did not phone me back with progress update, I had to re-phone for progress update and was advised by a more than helpful adviser that my order had not even been picked up by the courier for delivery and was awaiting dispatch. Had an e mail the following day with update on expected delivery date, unfortunately no will be home to receive goods on this date and will have to see what the courier does as I have been told the goods need a signature on receipt.
Not happy especially with the cost of £12 delivery charge. Post office do Special delivery next day service starting from £5 and order can be picked up locally if no one is home o...

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. This order turned out to be a long drawn out affair as I was after a discontinued basin. The first one turned up damaged, the second one was the wrong item, the third one was correct. MyTub kept me fully informed of the situation throughout the process and we got there in the end resulting in my customer being very happy....
